Where is the location?
Our workshops are located in Central Java, Indonesia — the rattan furniture workshop in Gatak, Sukoharjo, and the solid wood furniture workshop in Klaten.
What material are available?
We mainly use teak wood, mahogany, and mandola rattan for our furniture production. For outdoor furniture, we combine teak wood with materials such as cast alloy, aluminum pipe, stainless steel, teak branches, rope, or synthetic rattan. We also work with various weaving materials including natural rattan, kubu, water hyacinth, and other synthetic.

Yes, we accept custom designs.
How long is production lead time?
The average Lead for a 1 x 40 HC container is 60 Days.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 x 20 ft Full Container Load (FCL).
Is there any warranty for your products?
The guarantee covers production defects because of the working process (unglued, cracks, and broken) but does not cover faults caused by; transportation, misuse, improper assembly, and intentional damage.
What is the payment term?
Payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). A 40% Down Payment is required to initiate production. The remaining 60% balance shall be settled after the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) has been provided. The original Bill of Lading will be released once full payment has been confirmed. For other payment methods please feel free to discuss with us.

Yes, we have a quality control (QC) process to ensure every product meets our standards before shipment.
Can we request samples before placing a large order?
Yes, you can. We provide samples so you can see and feel the quality of our products before placing a large order.
